On a rainy Saturday, a study class sponsored by Mitsushiki Group will be held on the request of Mitsuyoshi public hall. |

Today's theme is "Let's start a day with good breakfast." Mitsushiki Group will take care of the class. |

The group members come to the hall early in the morning for the preparation. | |
They work quick and hard. | |
Magazines "Females' Friends" and "Senior Friends" are displayed for sale as well. Mouth-watering dishes are ready. |

At 10:00 a.m., Mr. Itonaga, the head of the hall, makes a few words. He appealed the importance of eating and explained why they planned today's class. He also referred to the Group of Friends saying it is a group who study hard on the daily living. |

Matoba, the leader of the group, appealed "We usually make it important to eat and this is why we have a class like today." | |
Ono, a helper of the group, explains the nutritious proper amount of food to be taken in a day. | |
The group makes important of taking vegetables. "This is the proper amount of the vegetable per day for an adult woman", she explained. | |
The proper amount should be taken in three meals. The group members have been talking about the importance of breakfast and they have been asking each other the amount. |

Young generation prefer Japanese style breakfast and western dishes have appealed to the senior members. Please look at the actual dishes displayed here. Young families take Japanese dishes like rice, fermented beans, and rice paste soup. The vegetable they take is purchased pickles, however. | |
Yasuda, who intends to take sufficient breakfast, talked about her breakfast. She said it was very good to prepare the next breakfast before going to bed. Ready-at-hand works will be a good thinking seeds to improve the life, she appealed. | |
Such kinds of ready-to-eat food will make the morning table much richer, she showed actual dishes. |

We will have a mini-cooking demonstration today. The first dish is boiled egg plant and pork beans, followed by next menu called "Farmers' breakfast." |

An instant pickles uses many kinds of the vegetables. Tanaka and Ono help the cooker. |

Making the dressing is another fun. Homemade dressings will make the morning table very pleasant. | |

After cleaning up the hall, we had a review meeting together with the head of the public hall. It was very good that unexpectedly many senior visitors have joined, we should have another class for senior homes, and we should also appeal to the young generation the importance of breakfast.
