November 27, 2002: A group meeting with electone music
We will have a joint group meeting at Yamada8s house in Kujyu highland. Takahashi of Jounan Group joined us and plays the electronic organ for us.
Some 40 minutes drive from my home takes us to the highland. The Kujyu mountain range was shining white at the top with morning snow. The open deck of Yamada's home was still wet with snow-melting water.
Upon opening the massive door of the log house, a tall pine Christmas tree welcomed us.

Many large pinecones were picked up from the garden. Even single pinecone will be enough to make a lovely Christmas tree like this.
We sat around the fireplace. The warm color of the flame makes us happy and relaxes us.
The five members of the day.

We decided to start a singing group of "Friendship's Kingdom" composed by Akira Miyoshi and lyrics by Motoko Hani.
The electronic organ has long been used since Yamada's son was small.
Woodwind-like tuning made the electronic organ to sing matching to the log house.
We sang some hymns on Takagashi's electronic organ performance.
It feels us that we are getting better singers.
After the reading, we enjoyed a brought-in lunch.
The milk tea after the lunch made us relaxed.
I ground Mr. Yamada's favorite coffee instead of him as he was away from home today.
Yamada and Ihara wait for the coffee.
Here you are.
Happy members.
Evening dusk arrives earlier here at three p.m.

The tall fir will soon be decorated with Christmas ornaments.
Dried persimmons are hang down from the eaves.
The firewood is ready for the coming winter.
I picked up the mushrooms from the log as a souvenir.
We also got many greens like this. We made a promise to revisit here on Christmas time to sing the hymns.

We have had a good meeting today.
