Japanese December 4,2007:The First Asia-pacific Water Summit Commemorative lecture
	he First Asia-pacific Water Summit was held at Beacon Plaza of Beppu city, Oita prefecture Japan from December 1 st through 4th. The prince and prime minister Fukuda joined the summit together with many leaders and heads of Asian countries and NPOs. I joined the lecture as the representative of Oita Group Of Friends The bunting decorated the building.
The security check was very strict. The building was surrounded with so many police,police motorcycles and parole cars. I scarcely arrived at the parking lot with difficulty. This is the entrance.
	The security check was quite strict just as if I board an airplane. All the belongings were checked by the detector and I was also body checked. After passing the check, I got an ID card.
In the main lobby was an artificial fall decorated with bamboo bush. It appealed the harmony of Oita nature and water.
	Water-related panels filled the wall. It was sorry that I couldn't look through them due to time limit.
Mr. Kazuma Yamane, non-fiction writer, gave an interesting lecture under the theme of "Warming crisis and earth life." He made an enthusiastic lecture using projector that cast serious scenes of melting snow of Himalaya. He insisted that the effect of warming comes down from the height and we have to do something before the serious retaliation attack men. What each of us should do now?

Since Industrial Revolution, men obtained a lot of profit. From now Recycling Revolution must come soon, He concluded. Many audience was deeply moved and got back home under the beautiful red and yellow colored street trees. I hope this beautiful scene can live long.
